Purchasing more than one type of Ticket?
Please note that currently you are only able to purchase one type of ticket per order. If you require two types of tickets (ie one student and one reguar) you will have to place two orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Delivery
Please note that tickets will NOT be mailed out. They will be available at registration at the event.
Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person or you may receive a credit with FITC for any future FITC or RMI event(s). Email your invoice number, along with existing attendee info and new attendee info to support@fitc.ca. Deadline for transferring tickets is two weeks prior to the event.
